Testimonials From Travel Agents
Hi Shana, Hope all is well.
I just wanted to thank you for an unforgettably amazing trip! I can’t even begin to tell you how much we loved Africa! All your hard work created so many unbelievable memories. The whole trip exceeded all of our expectations! We saw and experienced many things we didn’t expect. Our trip had a lot of pieces and everything flowed and worked out perfectly. The accommodations were perfect! Each lodge had its unique flavor and provided every service needed and delicious food. All drivers and guides were also spot on. I especially want to give extra attention to David, our Tanzania guide, who’s enthusiasm, warmth and vast knowledge opened our eyes to the many aspects of Africa, the animals, the people, the cultures and the country. Also, the guides we had in Cape Town also need special Attention, Laura and Ishmel, both who really went out of their way to assure that our days were full and could not possibly be any better. Can’t wait to tell you all about it, just wanted to say Thank you!

Hi Shana, Please see below feedback from our clients:
"Started with the magnificent sight of a silverback gorilla in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. then spent many days enjoying all the big cats of the Serengeti and the rest of the big five and birds and other animals too numerous to remember, left the Serengeti with the excitement of the wildebeest melee across the Mara River, and had the perfect end to the trip watching 3 Dhow sails disappear into the sunset off of Zanzibar!
In 2012 we travelled with Safari 365 through Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Tanzania and now in 2014 we again enjoyed their excellent tour through Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and finally ended it at Zanzibar island. The reasons we went back to Safari365 for a second tour, and I recommend this great company to all my friends contemplating an African Safari, is the excellent planning, consultations with us throughout the year, execution of the plan, quality of the driver/guides, and their overall attention to detail. On this last trip on the 1st day one of our group required emergency dental work and the local Safari365 agent in Kigali was able to arrange a dental appointment within several hours for a root canal and new cap for the tooth!
The driver/guides in Kenya and Tanzania on both trips were superb, and in fact our guide in 2012 recommended to me the best time to come back to catch the Mara River wildebeest crossing and he predicted it perfectly. Safari365 follows up on any and all details, we intend to use them again in the future and will continue to recommend them highly to friends that want to get the best experience that Africa has to offer." Hey Shana - great feedback below from Tony Bostock.
Thanks for your ideas and help with building this itinerary - I guess we nailed it in the end!
Please pass on the feedback to David!
Just to let you know that our trip went off without a hitch and lived up to our expectations.
Our guide for the safari, David (surname unknown, forgot to ask before we left) was very good, a fairly serious young man with what appeared to us a great knowledge of the area. He gave us our space when we wanted it but was always available to talk to us and explain what was happening. He also had a keen interest in birds which is one of Alison's passions.
Our stay at Mahale was very enjoyable and as we were the only guests there for the last week we had the run of the place to ourselves. This meant that we also had the guides and the forest to ourselves to get up close and personal with the chimps.
Our stay in Zanzibar in hindsight was too short but we had a good evening and day to explore and taste the food and get surprisingly good coffee.
The accommodation was perfectly adequate, comfortable and good quality, we enjoyed them all. The food was good and plentiful, with the Mahale meals probably being the best in terms of our taste.
Finally we believe the trip was professionally arranged and run leaving us to just enjoy the experience, we would recommend your company to anybody wanting to do a similar trip.

Feedback from Ted and Mary Lou:
Just wanted to send you a note to thank you for all the arrangements you made for us on our trip to Tanzania and Kenya. It was a marvelous trip and everything turned out beautifully. We really enjoyed the choice of tented camps, the great guides, wonderful meals, abundant wildlife, etc. Thanks to your planning, we were also able to observe two migration river crossings while we were at the Lemala Mara camp - truly an amazing sight! The guide provided for our last day, in Nairobi, was excellent and got us through all our desired stops and on to the airport in good time.

Dear African Safari Excellence,
Another Family African adventure success We had a great time in Nairobi, with the National Museum, Snake Park, Karen Blixen and the elephant orphanage. Giraffe Manor which we thought would be the highlight of the trip was magical, but completely blown away by our stay at Laikipia Wilderness camp. The boys are now avid fishing enthusiasts, proved their swimming lessons paid off with rope swings and mud fights in the rivers. The game drives were great with bush walks and night drives, and some of the best food I have eaten in the bush. This is definitely on our “go back to list”.
The Masai Mara did not disappoint, with the huge herds of Wildebeest, Zebra, and close up of Lion, Hyena Cheetah and Rhino, as well as many of the other wildlife. We were so fortunate to catch a herd crossing the Mara river.
Malindi was amazing, and Diamonds of Africa resort was a well run and great place to wind down. It was such a disappointment to see the damage recent events has had on the coastal areas of Africa, despite Malindi being a safe and not part of any travel advisory concerns. The staff and people of Malindi were great and we had such a relaxing and good time. –

Good morning Nicolette and Shana
I am sorry that it’s taken me so long to send you this email but playing catch up after New York has been somewhat interesting….hopefully life will get back to some level of normality!!!
I wanted to let you know that Marty met up with me when I was in New York and had the longest chat to me about his trip, he couldn’t stop raving about the experiences and how wonderful Solomon was. He said that their walk up Kilimanjaro was a lot more strenuous than they had expected and his knees gave in….but all in all they had an incredible journey, they said that just when they thought the trip couldn’t get better – IT DID!!
Thanks so much for all your hard work and making sure that all the nuts and bolts were in place and that they had such an incredible time, the highlight of Tanzania was Serengeti Under Canvas so Nicolette, thanks SO much for arranging that for them I know you had to do some shuffling with other clients because of the weather.
I was hugely impressed with the owners of Jafferji House and he said that he even convinced them to sell one of their artworks in their lodge. They were SO impressed by Stone Town and loved the dinners. (He also mentioned Kahn BBQ in Arusha as a FAB dining experience)
All in all I wanted to extend my gratitude to making this HUGE trip be such a success, Marty and Patti travel around 5-6 times per year and are seriously seasoned worldwide travellers and he said that this trip to East Africa is by far his favourite.
Have a good Monday -

Please see below clients feedback:
We had a great time in ngorongoro and Zanzibar. The kitela lodge in the karatu area was absolutely wonderful. They had great service, beautiful views, and luxurious lodge overall. We really enjoyed the safari with our guide Medison samwel. He was very knowledgeable, funny , on time and made sure we had a great time and we did get to see a lot of animals including fights between lions and hyenas.
Thanks for settings up a great trip.
Sorry for the late reply, we just got caught up with a busy schedule when we got back. Looking forward in working with you in the future.

Please see below from our clients! Thank you so much for creating this magical package for them! As always such a pleasure to work with you!
We had high expectations about our trip to Uganda and Tanzania and we far surpassed them! I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a daily WOW when touring Africa! Thanks for all your help! You are a great tour planner!
We have had an awesome time in Uganda and Tanzania. Please pass on my thanks to both the guides (Enock in Uganda and Vitalis in Tanzania). Both guides were excellent and made our stay so much more enjoyable.
We had amazing Lion sightings in Uganda - watching a Lion climb a tree in Ishasha right in front of us and there were no other vehicles around. Enock is a great "lion-spotter" he saw it from a huge distance away!
In Tanzania we were very impressed with Exploreans Ngorongoro – beautiful, and Nasikia Central Camp where we had such good game drives seeing Wild Dogs we didn't even end up making the extra drive 3 hours to see the migration as we were enjoying the local game viewing so much!
Thanks again for all your fantastic help!!
